Over the years, I grew tired of counting calories and following restrictive diets with boring meal plans. That’s why Blueprint 8 doesn’t focus on meal plans or calorie counting. Instead, we provide you with the knowledge to choose the right foods and listen to your body to meet your fitness goals. We also offer a unique tool where you can input the ingredients you have on hand, and our system will automatically generate a nutrient-dense recipe. It will even suggest additional foods to include, such as more protein or fiber, to better align with your goals.
